Two Consecutive Times Achieving the Highest Predicate at IRCA, GDPS Reaffirm Superior Legal Compliance Culture

Tangerang, June 2, 2026 – PT Garuda Daya Pratama Sejahtera (GDPS) once again won an award at the Indonesia Regulatory Compliance Awards (IRCA) 2026 event held by Hukumonline on Friday (22/5) in Jakarta.

At the event, GDPS won the Best Enterprise in Regulatory Compliance award in the Transportation (Facility) sector with the Sapphire predicate, the highest predicate in that category. In addition, GDPS also received the award for The Most Inspiring Leader of The Year in Regulatory Compliance.

This achievement is especially significant because it marks the second consecutive year GDPS has achieved the highest predicate in the Indonesia Regulatory Compliance Awards (IRCA). According to Cornelis Radjawane, President Director of GDPS, the award reflects the company’s consistency in integrating the principles of compliance and good governance into business processes and decision-making across all levels of the organization.

“For GDPS, compliance is not only understood as fulfillment of regulations, but also as a commitment to conduct business responsibly, transparently, and with integrity. This award is proof that the efforts we have consistently made have produced positive results,” said Cornelis.

As a company providing labor services, GDPS faces evolving business dynamics and regulations. Therefore, the company continues to strengthen its internal control systems, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure all operational activities run in accordance with applicable provisions and good corporate governance principles.

Cornelis added that this success is the result of contributions from all GDPS personnel who consistently maintain compliance standards in the work environment. According to him, a strong compliance culture is one of the important factors in maintaining the trust of customers, business partners, and all stakeholders.

“We dedicate this award to all GDPS personnel who have played a role in building a compliance culture in the company. Moving forward, we will continue to improve governance and compliance standards as part of efforts to create sustainable business growth and provide added value to all stakeholders,” concluded Cornelis.

The award won at IRCA 2026 further reinforces GDPS’s commitment not only to focus on achieving business performance, but also to ensure every business process is carried out while upholding the principles of compliance, integrity, and good corporate governance.
