As part of its commitment to strengthening global expansion, PT Garuda Daya Pratama Sejahtera (GDPS), a leading BPO company and part of the Garuda Indonesia Group, has once again made strategic moves in the international marketplace by sending professional workers abroad.
Building on its successful deployment of 12 professional workers as Cabin Technicians for the Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) project in Saudi Arabia in February 2026, GDPS has now successfully sent 7 Indonesian professionals to join Keumseong as Engineers on the MRO One Air International project in South Korea.
This successful deployment further reinforces GDPS’s commitment to supporting business expansion in the international market, particularly within the Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) sector of the aviation industry. Beyond demonstrating the trust placed by global partners in GDPS’s service quality, these placements also showcase the competitiveness of Indonesian professionals contributing to large-scale international projects.
The involvement of engineers in this South Korea-based MRO project represents a strategic initiative that strengthens GDPS’s position in providing reliable, qualified professional workforce solutions tailored to the evolving needs of the global industry.
Cornelis Radjawane, President Director of GDPS, stated that the participation of Indonesian professionals in this South Korea MRO project reflects growing confidence among global partners in the quality of services GDPS delivers.
“Sending engineers to South Korea is a concrete demonstration of GDPS’s commitment to developing Indonesian talent capable of thriving in the global aviation industry. We are confident that our human resources possess the competence and integrity to meet international standards,” Radjawane emphasized.
This initiative aligns with GDPS’s long-term vision to strengthen its global presence by providing highly skilled, adaptable, and competitive professional workers. Through strategic partnerships with various international clients, GDPS remains dedicated to continuously expanding placement opportunities for Indonesian professionals across multiple countries.
Looking ahead, GDPS will continue to systematically expand its international network to support company growth while making tangible contributions to the development of Indonesian human capital within the global aviation industry.
