In improving service quality to customers, PT Garuda Daya Pratama Sejahtera (GDPS) is committed to continuously innovate and develop the capabilities of all GDPS employees to create effective and optimal work programs.
Rachmad Arif Binantoro, Director of Business and Operations at GDPS, expressed the company’s commitment to creating innovations that simplify every work process at GDPS to enhance service quality for all GDPS customers.
“We continue to strive to invite and provide space for ongoing development of capabilities and technology utilization to create innovations that can maximize work effectiveness value in various aspects,” said Rachmad Arif Binantoro (06/27/2023).
“Overall, GDPS is committed to optimizing all work programs and services to customers with up-to-date innovations,” he added.
For this purpose, GDPS again launched its expertise in combining technology based on employee and customer needs in creating maximum service through ICC (Integrated Command Center). ICC functions as the operational control center for all GDPS projects integrated into a single communication and information system. ICC performs the role of coordination center, issuing directives and making quick decisions in supporting or responding to events in real time so that operational activities run smoothly in accordance with SLA (Service Level Agreement). Additionally, GDPS also presents various other innovations such as Beyond Care and other work-supporting applications as facilities that simplify all work activities and maximize all work monitoring elements at the center.
With ICC in place, it demonstrates that GDPS continues to develop, remains adaptive and solution-oriented in optimizing all operational controls from all GDPS projects so that services provided to customers become increasingly optimal.
“Through various technology-based innovations and appropriate programs, GDPS can commit to improving service quality to customers through qualified and competent contract workers and employees in their respective fields,” said Rachmad Arif Binantoro.
