We Are GDPS Since 2019

PT. Garuda Daya Pratama Sejahtera (GDPS) was established as a workforce services and management company, specializing in the Aviation sector. Today, GDPS has transformed into a Technology 4.0-based Business Process Outsourcing company, serving not only the aviation sector but also expanding into other industries.

Rooted in the Aviation Industry, the innovative products and services we offer are built upon three core pillars: Competency, Technology, and HSSE.

PT. GDPS was established with a majority shareholding by PT. Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk (a subsidiary of PT. Garuda Indonesia Tbk) and a minority shareholding by the GMF Employee Cooperative.

PT. GDPS is supported by a workforce of high-integrity and professional individuals. Training and the cultivation of company values are conducted on a regular basis to continuously enhance both the soft skills and hard skills of our employees.

To date, GDPS has managed tens of thousands of workers, deployed across more than 55 cities throughout Indonesia, covering a wide range of roles, from aircraft technicians, data entry, IT support, building management, and security, to passenger assistants, SPG, SPB, and workers in the manufacturing industry.
