Tangerang, July 9, 2026 – PT Garuda Daya Pratama Sejahtera (GDPS) once again received trust from PT Aneka Petroindo Raya (BP-AKR) to manage outsourced workers (TAD) deployed at BP gas station networks.
This renewed trust came with a 23% increase in workforce management coverage compared to the previous year.
The workers managed by GDPS consist of Gas Station Operators, Shift Leaders, and Baristas deployed across 67 BP gas stations and Wildbean Cafes located in West Java, Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek), and East Java.
"We express our gratitude for the renewed trust granted by BP-AKR to GDPS. This trust is a mandate for us to continue maintaining the quality of workforce management through standardized processes, continuous competency development, and consistent application of operational governance in accordance with customer needs," said Cornelis Radjawane, President Director of GDPS.
He added that workforce management today demands a more comprehensive approach — not only in meeting personnel needs, but also in the quality of the management process that supports operational sustainability.
To support this, GDPS implements a workforce management system covering personnel needs planning, recruitment, competency-based training, employment administration, and periodic performance monitoring.
This process is supported by a digital monitoring system that enables real-time tracking of worker assignments and attendance, allowing operational activities to be supervised more effectively.
The renewed trust from BP-AKR further strengthens GDPS's track record in workforce management across various industry sectors. With experience in aviation, energy, FMCG, public transportation, and facility management, GDPS will continue to develop operational capabilities, strengthen human resource competency, and leverage technology to support the evolving needs of its customers.
