Tangerang, January 9, 2026 – PT Garuda Daya Pratama Sejahtera (GDPS), a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company and part of the Garuda Indonesia Group, places human values at the heart of its business operations. This commitment to its workforce is evident through the company leadership’s recognition of the contributions made by all GDPS employees, particularly its contract workers.
As a competency-based BPO company, GDPS recognizes that attention to human capital is inherent to its corporate responsibility. The company fulfills this commitment through various Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs, consistently contributing to environmental conservation, education, healthcare, and small business development.
During 2025, when several Indonesian regions including Aceh, Medan, Padang, Bali, and the Jabodetabek area experienced devastating floods, GDPS responded promptly by providing assistance to affected contract workers. A total of 43 workers received aid packages containing essential goods and cash assistance, demonstrating the company’s social responsibility and commitment to easing the burden faced by employees affected by the disaster.
Cornelis Radjawane, President Director of PT Garuda Daya Pratama Sejahtera, underscored that human resources are the foundation of service delivery in the BPO industry. “In BPO, service quality is fundamentally determined by the people who deliver it. That’s why GDPS adopts a human-centered approach and ensures the company is present when employees face challenges,” he stated.
Through this initiative, GDPS reinforces that its focus on workforce welfare is not merely a program, but rather reflects the company’s core values in building a responsible, sustainable work culture and strengthening GDPS’s role as a reliable and human-centered BPO partner.
Ade Wirna Putra, a GDPS contract worker affected by flooding in Padang, expressed his gratitude. “I’m deeply grateful for the assistance provided by GDPS. It has helped me tremendously. May God repay this kindness,” he said, describing how floodwaters in his home reached waist-height and left mud throughout his residence.
Moving forward, GDPS will direct its CSR programs toward improving community social welfare, supporting inclusive and quality education, and strengthening sustainable healthcare access. Simultaneously, the company is committed to reducing environmental impact through responsible business practices, ensuring all initiatives are carried out with transparency, measurable results, and accountability.
