Jakarta, June 18, 2022 - PT Garuda Daya Pratama Sejahtera (GDPS) Participates in Indonesia Career Expo

Director of Business and Operations at PT GDPS Rachmad Arif Binantoro stated that there are three key messages underlying GDPS’s participation in Indonesia Career Expo. First, to provide understanding to all segments of society that Tenaga Alih Daya (TAD) or Outsourcing represents a platform for individuals to develop their expertise. Thus, the expertise possessed by workers in a particular field can continuously improve.

Second, to provide correct and positive understanding regarding TAD or Outsourcing to the broader public. This way, the somewhat inaccurate stigma surrounding TAD or outsourcing that circulates in society can gradually transform into something more positive over time in the future.

“Providing correct and positive understanding about outsourcing in the community,” said Rachmad.

Currently, the outsourcing management conducted by GDPS complies with regulations established by the government. This also serves as a reference for every member of the Asosiasi Bisnis Ahli Daya (ABADI).

Therefore, it can be assured that the recruitment of Tenaga Alih Daya conducted by GDPS benefits every individual. “GDPS is a member of ABADI that adheres to regulations,” said Rachmad.

Third, the reason for participating in this event is to introduce GDPS as a technology-based Business Process Outsourcing 4.0 company to all segments of society. This aims to motivate stakeholders from various industries to join the company management handled by GDPS.

“Introducing GDPS to various stakeholder groups,” said Rachmad.

There are seven job positions that are GDPS’s priority for recruitment: Information Technology, General Affair & Human Capital, Account Executive/Sales/Partnership, Quality Assurance & Risk Management, Mandarin Translator, Senior Facility Management, and Senior Security Management.

The recruitment mechanism for the above job openings is very simple using technology at the GDPS booth at Indonesia Career Expo. Candidates can submit their Curriculum Vitae (CV) by scanning the QR code displayed on souvenirs and stand banners. Candidates who meet the qualifications have the opportunity to participate in the walk-in interview process.

Furthermore, GDPS at the recruitment event provides Talk Show services, Walk-in Interviews, and Interview Tips and Tricks. All of these are offered to visitors at the GDPS booth.

Some of the tips and tricks provided include: prepare knowledge about the position being applied for, prepare knowledge about the company being applied to, prepare an updated CV/Portfolio, share experiences relevant to the position being applied for, and avoid dominating the interview session.
